Privacy notice

When you register a PonyABC pen we collect your name, email address, purchase date, intended use, and the pen's serial number. We use this to provide and administer your product warranty.

If you opt in to marketing, we also use your name and email to send you PonyABC news and offers, and we share these with our email provider. You can withdraw consent at any time.
